In today's video, I will be showing you a simple way on how to make a pleated skirt with elastic waistband, no need zipper or buttons. !
This is a Thrifted transformation video, from a pair of pants to a pleated skirt.
For this project I will be using a pair a pants (men's pants) but you can use any fabric of your choice !.
Step by step tutorial for beginners !
